I quite like them.

Saw them live just after they released "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge"

I like them.

I don't listen to them so much these days, but they were the band that got me into non-mainstream music so that's something.

Also Welcome to the Black Parade is my ultimate guilty pleasure.

It's quite sad that they've got the 'teenybopper fanclub' image they have. They broke into the charts and it ruined them. They're a really good band, but because of who they're fanbase tend to be most people just don't take them seriously anymore.

So true - they are my favourite band but am always quite embarrased to admit it, which I shouldn't be I guess.

Looking forward to the new album later this year

They used to be one of my favourite bands right after Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge came out, then I bought I Brought You My Bullets... and adored that album. Then The Black Parade came out, and I don't know if I am in the minority, but I really don't like the way they have gone with their music.

Saw them live a couple of years ago and whilst they were good, they didn't blow me away (probably down to the complete run-through of The Black Parade). I preferred it when they played songs like To The End and Thank You For The Venom (one of my favourites).

I am very interested to see which direction the new album goes in, I hope they go back to their roots. I remember watching clips on youtube of their early performances and getting chills from the rawness and the sheer energy that they had on stage.

I think they will. I think they were just pulling the stunt lots of bands pull- make 1 poppish album to increase the fanbase and get exposure, then go back to your roots.

Also, as I said, Black Parade stung them. Badly. Before BP, they were just another band, now they're the sort of band who it's cool to hate, so I doubt they'll try something like it again.
I really hope they can come back and shake off the negativity that's been slapped on them.

I always used to dislike them and see them as a band with a fanbase made up of teenage girls but I quite like their new single. It sounds quite 70s punk.
