Hi, thanks for that. Did you email him then with a complaint? Was it resolved?
My complaint is that I recently upgraded with 3 and stayed on a £15 texter plan, however I am still only getting 600 texts instead of Unlimited as the offers say online. Is it best to email him then or write in? |

If you upgraded then you will still be on the same contract as previous. That's why my daughter cancelled her previous £15 texter (600 text 75 mins) contract and started a new one (unlimited texts 75mins) as well as getting recommend a mate £30. |

He's used to it by now. He'll have a secretary who has proxy access to his email who will filter it to another department.

I am on the unlimited text option and you should get 3,586+ texts, i would contact Three though the MY3 chat service. That way communication recorded and here no breakdown in communication
