I'm really getting worries that Britney Spears single circus is not entering the top 10.... I think it's such a great song but it seems people aren't buying it. I mean I have the album so there's no point in buying the single.

Hope If You Seek Amy does better

I don't think we can expect anything more when she is doing zilch promotion, only for a lackluster performance on GMA- in America. Problem is she has no time for promotion because she's rehearsing for her tour.

Damon off TiBB? I'm Princess *waves*

Circus has been in the charts for ages and it hasn't even been released physically yet,it's done fine!

If it had been given a physical release about a month ago it would have got into the top ten easily, but it's only out tomorrow, having been on the music channels since late December, and given the fact it's at No.17 this week, I think it might miss the top ten altogether. I don't think it's a very good song to be honest. I mean when you try and compare it to something like 'Piece Of Me', there's no comparison!

Considering it's the 2nd song off the album - which hasn't sold a great deal anyway - it's not really.

Circus The album has done well went NO.1 in America No.4 here

But it has fell out of the chart so fast... If only Blackout was her comeback album. Don't get me wrong I love Circus I love every song but IMO Blackout was so great it had a very different britney sound. She needs to do more promoting I think personally she should of done the promo tour over here aswell as America. Just look how successfull madonnas Hard Candy was and I only liked 3 or 4 songs of that. And it went NO.1 everywhere. Britney IMO could have done more promo for circus.

I know what you mean, Blackout was brilliant. I liked almost every single song. In my opinion, Circus can't compare to it. Rather oddly I think the bonus tracks on Circus are much better than a lot of the other tracks. Phonography, Amnesia and Quicksand I think are worthy of releases.

Yeah the bonus tracks are great. Love phoneography and amnesia.

Blackout I loved evry song because they were all up beat songs where as circus has gaps inbetween I.e the ballads but they are great. Did anyone else think toy soldier should of been a single..... The video could of been britney in a toy shop and the dolls come to life.

And I hope britney includes ableound 5 songs from blackout on her tour

Isn't the thing with Britney being, people buy her albums immediately therefore many don't bother with the singles.

i really like kill the lights , unusal you, blur shattered glass at the moment wonder what if u seek amy video would look like. i need ot listen to her bonus tracks

circus is a good electro rnb song but not as strong as piece of me etc.

i know people say blackout is better but i like what she did with circus mixing in different styles and it sounds more original. blackout to me was more animated in her voice.

Exactly, she's trying to tempt back former fans from her 'Baby One More Time' days. As much as I liked Blackout, similarly her heart wasn't in it.

Actually, when you think about it, its been hovering in the top 20 for a long time. Whilst its peak wont be that high, I thik overall sales of the song will be fairly good over time. They just wont all come at once, they are over a longer period. Its hardly uncommon when the song has been played and been available for months.

You make a good point as its total sales have passed 100,000 in the past week. It's now been on the chart for nearly 3 months so it's had time to build up a decent overall total.

What did you think when you first heard it? I remember being in total awe seeing the video, there were endless requests (over 7 in an hour). It was like 'Spicemania' again.

I think the fact that the video was released ages ago but the download within the next two weeks has alot to do with it, It'll pick up but who knows how far it'll get. The same is happening with lady GaGa's poker face.

Blackout would have been the worst comeback album eveerrr, I love blackout to bits, but circus is alot more mainstream, alot more general, with blackout being all techno and RnB and stuff the market shrinks, all my frinends love circus but hate blackout apart from gimmie more, i keep telling them its amazing but there like no its too computerized.
