i'm with them and have never had any problems, wither with the service or the billing, they do offer a variety of ways to pay which is good in this day and age (Think they do a budget payment card option for people who wat a quarterly bill and want to pay it in advance to reduce the bill).
Some people though have ahd problems with billing, more often that they havent received a bill for 6 months or 9months, the advantage to this is that when they do catch up with you OFCOM rules say they can only bill you 3 months line rental in arrears (6 months for calls)... so overall not too bad and worth a chance.
Their mobile calls at weekends are a bonus too
