Buzby's Revenge. Re-Nationalise BT?
According to this Guardian Article, it seems contingency plans have been drawn up :-
http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2...an-nationalise Now this is a company that really can't be allowed to fail, imagine the chaos! What next? Merge it with the Post Office and we're back to "Post Office Telecommunications". At least in those days there was no "slamming", "confusion marketing" and the operators were NOT in India. We really are in a mess if this has to be considered but would the government really do this? It would be a massive admission of failure, surely? |

It's very very very very unlikely happen......probably chances are next to nil that BT would go under.....but what if? What would happen to virtually every sort of communication here in the UK?
