What is the best software for burning .ts files to DVD?

I use "Convert X to dvd" which appears to work well I just drag the .ts file over Should I be dragging all of the other files too the:
001 or IDX or inf files?

convertx works great and i only use the ts file as that is all that is needed

Did you try Toast?
