Just to confirm that Yellowstone (HD) failed to record,as well, last night with 'unknown reason'. Recording is scheduled via series link and is the first failed recording I've had since I purchased the PVR in December. I hardly ever watch live TV and the PVR, when in standby, is always left on the BBC News channel and there was no other scheduled recording for last night.
I've also cross-posted in Hummy.org.uk forums. Kind of 'reassuring' that others had the same problem last night, if you know what I mean! |

Another failure for Yellowstone here. My box was sitting on Channel 4 too whilst I was recording The Bill on ITV1.
I got the same error message but listed against channel in the recordings list it says "108" instead of BBCHD. |

missed recordings
I tried setting series link on working lunch, grand designs and countdown on my recently obtained Foxsat without success.
I then tried to set each of them via EPG and still only some are recorded and some missed. It seems I will have to back up with my Pace twin on Freeview and then delete those that succeed on Freesat. that is no good if the channel to record is not on freeview. Any ideas how to resolve this? |

Any ideas how to resolve this? On searching, there have been a few threads bemoaning the SL on the progs you identify, in fact I think you have participated in a few of them. I don't watch any of them personally, but as others have had problems, it's unlikely to be your box. Try emailing the broadcasters, BBC & Channel 4, and see what they have to say. Although general perception is that BBC are pretty good at SL (and they are), they are not totally immune to hiccups on some progs. In the meantime, manually pad your Timers from the EPG, and repeat Weekday/Weekly/etc, as necessary, and keep an eye on the broadcast schedules. Rgds. Les. |

Yellowstone is aired on a Sunday monday and wednesday unfortunately the wednesday airing is the last of the episode run
on an optomistic note I see that the BBC are showing Lost Land of the Jaguar on HD again so maybe in about three months time Yellowstone will receive the same treatment
