Mini DV Camcorder Fault - Urgent Help Needed !!!
Hi All,
I have a JVC Mini DV camcorder which has worked great over the last few years but has suddenly developed a strange fault .When recording, it seems to go in & out of focus something chronic. .I was wondering if anyone here can suggest a fix that isn't too expensive ?. Thanks to all that reply |

Do you have a manual focus? Other than using that instead, I can't suggest anything other than taking it to a repair shop. I've taken apart and put back together an old videocamera of mine and they're a lot more difficult to repair than say a computer.

.I have just come back from a repair shop & they say that it will cost around £50 to repair .So don't think that I am going to bother as it is a few years now & have heard a lot of good things about the Flip video so will consider getting that for my holiday. Thank you for responding thou, I was starting to think it was going to remain an empty thread .
