My ideal final three would be.

1. Ray - obviously like him or loathe him he is an amazing skater, I personlly like him

3. Donal - Fantastic progression from week 1 even if he was shaky tonight.

Anyway night lads enjoyed the thread tonight”

Ditto (I like Ray too btw)!

Totally agree with all of this.

It is so annoying. It's the same with the BBC squeezing and talking over end credits to advertise the next programmes.

The TV companies say it's for the viewers' benefit, but it's not. It's for their benefit of course (to stop you switching to a rival channel at the end of a programme).

This just proves that people are voting for personality rather than talent.”

Melinda was better than Roxanne? The judges scores say otherwise tonight no?

While obviously the judges' scores aren't the be-all and end-all, I think that's enough to suggest that even if you personally think Melinda was better than Roxy, you can't just blindly say Roxy finishing above Melinda was all on personality.

Coleen's a different kettle of fish and obviously out of her depth, and Jessica finishing bottom two is plainly ridiculous, but it's hardly breaking news that personality is a factor in these shows.

Right, I'm off to join in some of the other threads while I wait for Ray and Maria to appear on YT!

More pertinently, where's the evidence of Zoe, Roxy and others not being nice and sweet?”

There's plenty of evidence of Roxy being bitchy to the judges and making personal remarks. Jessica has done nothing wrong. Zoe to my knowledge has done nothing wrong either, but I can see why people would call her "in your face" - because she IS loud. On the other hand, Jessica is just a nice, sweet girl who's not loud. And that's considered "no personality".

Deja Vu *rolls eyes* I seem to have been in this position since last August.

Can someone tell me what Jason, Ruthie and Robin said when they voted to keep Jessica in - our freeview box froze up and had to be reset just as they got to Jason, and by the time it came back on all the voting was done. Thanks!

Was so puzzled as to how Zoe could be thought of as a chav! I don't really think Roxy is either though...though she is one of the weakest skaters left

Jessica can be considered a "no personality" over Melinda who, IMO, oozes personality. Jessica is cut-glass WAG. Comes from some second-rate pop girlband. I think she is by far the best girl on skates, but has no personality whatsoever...

Looks to me like you either have got to act the fool and make dubious 'funny' remarks about being to old and needing oxygen
or
Be gobby and pull faces at Jason
or be a Anthea Turner clone and be as high as a kite to get somewhere on DOI

God forbid you are nice, not forward, dont call the judges and just just skate verywell

*applauds*

It also helps to be skating with Daniel who has had a succession of women unable to skate and got one to the winners post and the others staying on far too long. Sorry Daniel fans- I really like him but its the celebs not him you should be voting on!

Not sure any of the other skaters have a following that helps their celebs so much- shame as now we have lost Fred and Andre!

I must admit I didn't take to Jessica at first because I thought she didn't have much personality or show much emotion, but she's steadily grown on me and this Sunday with the skate off I thought the real Jessica shone through, the emotion was palpable and the routine was beautiful, she really moved me.
