Hi there -- my Thomson DTI6300-16 PVR tends to jam! (the disk that is).
It happens when I am away and have lots of programmed recordings. After succesfully recording, say, 5 programmes, the 6th one "jams"; that is to say it closes out part way through the recording and the "available space" readout says 0 minutes available. I can easily restore the available disk space when I get back, by simply deleting the jammed, partially recorded (6th or whatever) programme. But why does this happen? How can I avoid it in future? Any ideas??
(I'm not sure but the programmes that jam might be part of a series, rather than a single programme, recording)
