Wild stab in the dark here
These speakers are primarily designed to plug into the back of a PC. Therefore it is a racing certainty they will have a 3.5mm Stereo jack plug on the end of the lead. At least that is the standard connector for most domestic soundcards or on-board sound.
Which means that any device that has a 3.5mm Stereo Jack socket on it as some form of audio output will work just as well. This could be a headphone output on the iPod or even one on a TV.
If the TV headphone output is a 1/4inch jack then all you need is a converter plug. readily available from places like Maplin for example. If the TV does not have a headphone jack then it may have a pair of phono sockets for Audio out.
It's not clear from what I can find on-line but I get the impression the audio input lead is captive (ie cannot be unplugged from the speakers) so you may need a phono to jack socket adapter (

And even if the TV has no phono or jack socket output it may well have a SCART socket wired for output. So all you need is a SCART to phono adapter plug and the jack to phono adapter described above and a stereo phono lead.
Could be a bit of a fiddle depending on the exact connectors available on the kit you want to use but should be entirely possible with the right leads and adapters.
