Nope! Doubt it is UK pork, sainsburys are on my list at the moment, with their dodgy labeling.


Best ham is Iberico. Fact! Costs about £12 per 100gs.

Yeah, I agree with that. Think you can pay more for it than that as well, it's practically a religion in Barcelona.

I love it, but so rarely.

I like Spanish ham a lot more than Italian ham. Serrano is in, my opinion, a different league to Parma.

I love the raw hams too. My friend was given an Iberico last year but it wasn't quite right. Probably because it had been sitting in the boot of his car for ages in the heat What a tragedy,
