Can anyone recommend a to-do/task list and/or notes application for the iPod Touch?

Ideally with synchronisation to PC or web.

I've never checked out any app like that, because the touch has the post-it type app built in, though you can't synch them. What works great though is the calendar - I can create to-do's and notes in that and it synchs with the Office version of Outlook.
