DRM Question?
Hi! All
I'm not really sure where to post this topic as it is not really an issue with a device as such but is an issue with something in our set-up stopping my download. The set-up: 1: Router in the lounge. 2: Main Computer in lounge with internet connected to Router. 3:Computer in bedroom connected via networking cable to Router in lounge. The Issue: I have paid for and am trying to download a film from Tesco however for some reason I am getting an error message when it comes to downloading it. The error message reads - Your DRM Is - in big red letters which indicates an error. I have tried right clicking on the message and on the options on the dowload page to see if I can find out more about the problem, but sadly unlike other sites right you are unable to right click on the Tesco download page. The only option you have is to click on a symbol to try again which obviously is no good at all. There is obviously some sort of security setting somewhere in our set-up stopping me from being able to dowload this but I am not sure whether it is to do with my computer in the bedroom or the one in the lounge or even the firewall in the Router[TalkTalk] in the lounge. I wondered if someone could please help. Thanks in advance. |

Do you have a software firewall?
Recently something wouldn't download for me (legitimate game download) and I solved that by switching off my Comodo firewall. |
