Replace Channels deleted Timer Recordings
pzboyz
02-03-2009
I decided to rescan our the weekend to pick upi all the channel changes.

I did 'Add New Channels', at which it said it did not find any new channels, also Dave+1 had not changed to Dave Ja Vu.

So I did 'Replace Channels' this worked, but then noticed a few hours later that all my timer recordings disappeared!

Is that normal/expected behaviour? Also, all the timer recordings were use EPG and Series Link.

Yes,you normally get a warning that a rescan(Add/Replace),will result in timer recordings being deleted.
