Depends on your car radio model - many new cars have a headphone interface somewhere on the dash/glovebox. Many after market radios will have an input on the radio fascia. Some units can be connected to the ipod through an interface cable that makes use of the aux in or cd changer connectivity.
More details needed for specific advice.

If your car has an AUX in socket then you can just take a lead from the phones socket on your iPod to the aux in and you are good to go. To answer your question, any iPod can connect to a car radio, but as norbet pointed out it depends on your car radio on how you connect your iPod.
