How much would you pay for a secondhand Philips television?
Heres the specs.......

PHILIPS 29PT6433/05

29" Blackline FST (Virtually Similar to Sony Trinitron tubes)
Nicam Stereo
Dolby Surround & Pro Logic decoder
16:9 / 4:3 auto / manual switching
2 x SCARTs on the back, with SVHS & Composite input hidden behind smart little spring loaded compartment on the side.

Also includes;
Black purpose built stand with black tinted glass doors.
Philips Surround Speakers
Manual & Remote.

Picture quality is superb, as is the sound quality. To be honest, its got to be one of the best sounding sets I've heard for a while.

Its up for sale, from the local Radio Rentals (Box Clever) shop.
To be honest, I don't think its too bad, I did offer £200 and they said they would accept £200 but I would not get the 3 month guarantee.

What does anyone reckon?!

Regards...

That sounds a good price IMHO - it sounds as if it was an expensive telly when it was first bought, although no warrenty is unreasonable; I'd be careful with no warrenty!

I'd maybe offer a bit more and get the warrenty

I think I saw a cheap new 28" tv (no widescreen, Nicam only, one scart only, not flat, etc, etc) in woolworths for £200. Might have been an LG or Beko.

Sounds like a good price to me. Although I'd rather pay a bit more and get the warrenty
