The clue is in the name Freesat is a satellite service. So you need a connection to a satellite dish to receive it.

It is something entirely different to Freeview which you receive from an aerial.

If you have an ordinary aerial on the roof or in the loft then you might be able to tune the TV into Freeview. It depends on whether you live in a Freeview area or not and what kind of signal you get. But as far as I know the TV is capable of receiving Freeview as well as Freesat (someone may well be along soon to confirm/contradict that )

The blurb I found on the Panasonic website majors on Freesat but the Spec sheet does mention DVB which implies Freeview. the specs separately mention DVB-S/Freesat so have to assume the DVB means Digital Terrestrial, but couldn't see any mention of Freeview with a quick scan of the webpage.

if the sky box upstairs is NOT SKY + then you will have a spare socket at the LNB on the dish. Run a satellite quality RF cable and run it your telly

please note you should switch off power to sky box when you unscrew the LNB input wire as you will damage the LNB as power goes up to it

the lnb should have 4 outputs and if they are used up then get an octo one fitted ( 8 ) from e-bay
