No incoming texts ??

I have an o2 300 text payg sim, I have topped up with £10 and can make & recieve calls and send texts. My friend has replied to my texts but have never got them, is there something obvious I have missed settings wise. I use a T-mob sim in the same phone and can make and recieve texts ok with that,so am assuming the phone settings are ok. Many thanks Rich

You will need to phone customers services and get someone from service to 'RESET' your account/sim. Tell them you had a phone you have installed there sim in, and the problem you have. They should ask what make/model phone it is, and will take a few seconds to reset, and all will work fine.
