Is it just my imagination, or does anyone else think that the voice over for the Optimax Laser Eye Treatment sounds a lot like Matt?

I'm not saying it definitely is him, but it does sound like him - be interested to know what you think if you see the ad (it seems to be mostly on a digital channel, rather than ITV, CH 4 or 5)

Just heard it, some words sound like him, but don't think it is him, the voice isn't soft enough.
