You are vastly underestimating peoples sensitivity. Just because you can look at such things and feel yourself unharmed doesn't mean others can.. nor does it mean that you, or anyone else should. You seem to not notice that your sensitivity is already dulled by what you have exposed yourself to

Missed this yesterday. It was a link posted here ages ago. I was curious & a tad pissed. . From that I looked at others, really gruesome but fascinating at the same time. I guess it's because you know it's real & not a bit of a horror film.
someone already mentioned Budd Dwyer, and I'd go along with that. I can't even remember how I saw it - was some time ago and on TV rather than on the internet, but it was just horrendous. To die so horribly in front of so many people with TV camera from across the States pointing at you....can only imagine what it was like at the time. Irony I guess being that all he had to do was stick the barrel in his mouth and pull the trigger, blam it was all over. For the people sitting at home casually watching what they thought was a political statement only to see the guy's warped face with blood pouring out of it in close up....sh*t, it gives me the shivers.

The most horrible image on the internet was of, a huge bird eying up a poor boy who was crawling, for ages with nothing around him, on the ground in africa looking for foods and the bird was hungry and decided to eat the boy! Couldn't get that image off my head for ages after that! I swore the birds outside knew I hated them as I was giving them evils! lol but that image was abs horrible! Poor boy!

The beheadings Iraqi beheadings arent all that shocking because they are shot with a crappy camera and low res.
Their are two Russian beheadings that are very good quality and very close up (literally next to the camera) and it makes them more horrific.
I also saw one where they kidnap someone, pluck his eyes out with a knife, chop his penis off and put it in his mouth.

What really p*sses me off, is schools that don't keep tabs on whether the sites they are using are licensed...I remember one of my children coming home from their first year at secondary school, having being given a site to actually take their home work off and it was probably one of the nastiest sites I've seen...I don't blame the teacher or the school. Although, I would have checked the site if I was going to give it out, as part of the homework...I found it a little worrying, but it seems porn sites wait in the background for these licenses to never be renewed .:rolleyes:
