What has been the best live band or artist you have seen?

For me it would be Robbie Williams at MK Bowl in september 2006.

It's a tough choice between Skin (Manchester academy in 2006, I think) or Björk in Manchester Apollo earlier this month.

Both gigs were amazing. Skin shoved her crotch in my face and Björk looked and smiled at me (I did a little wee when she done that!)

Other memorable gigs have been CSS in Manchester Academy and Maximo Park in Middlesbrough town hall.

radiohead- glastonbury 2003 (went in 97 but can't remember) absolutely awsome in ended with the audience singing the ending line of karma police 'for a minute there, i lost myself' repetitavely trying to get them to encore and eventually they came back on and played street spirit. absolutely amazing atmostphere:cool:

Not really been to that many gigs but I don't think anything will beat U2 - 2005 in Manchester.

Tool @ Brixton Academy & then Download
    Rammstein @ Brixton Academy
Killswitch Engage @ Brixton Academy (sensing a theme here. :p)
    Iron Maiden @ Download 2007

And yet I know two people who went to that gig and said it was absolute crap - just Bono using the stage as a place to witter on about his political beliefs, and the rest of the band to go through the motions. Not a patch on the U2 of the late eighties and throughout the nineties.
