Will you be watching if Jade decides to die on live tv?
Do you think it’s a positive step for the recognition of cervical cancer? Apparently 20% more women are booking a smear test.
Jade has supposedly admitted she is doing it for her boys and public awareness.
I also feel that she is probably seeking a little bit of self glory, kind of a going down in history kind of thing, but is it a step to far?
Personally I wouldn't watch it, although I can understand her reasons, I think.

what is she doing for her boys? Dying?
But what can be gained from watching Jade die? It's self-indulgent, distasteful and totally unnecessary.
And I'm getting a bit fed up of the 'she's doing it for the boys' line being trotted out time and time again. Thousands of women die from cancer each year and leave behind children who manage just fine (financially). It's the presence of their mother that they will miss more than anything else, so I hope Jade is spending as much time as possible with them and not sacrificing precious time by engaging in endless interviews and television appearances (however lucrative).
No that wasn't her choice but what she does with her death is.
As I said I wouldn't watch it.
It's hardly like she'll start getting a lot weaker, and a nurse yells "Bring in the camera's", is it
What Jade does with her death is indeed her choice, but questions might be raised if her choice is seen as unethical.
Having watched Jade through 3 incarnations of Big Brother I'll remember her, warts (or verrucas) and all from those TV shows, not from any TV show where her life is ebbing away.
Jade you have been evicted please leave life
the cancer has spread to her liver and groin and they're not treating it anymore. Just providing pain relief. So yeah, she's going to die.
Ok, I am sad for her, it's a terrible thing but it's all gone a bit too far, there's no getting away from it. It's being forced on everyone. All the newspapers, news and everywhere.
I know I'll get jumped on for saying this but I don't give a flying f**k, I want her to go and leave us as soon as possible.
The majority of folk have this kind of sadness to bare. Almost everyone has had cancer effecting their lives, some days I just want to live, without any thoughts of this and she is ramming it down our throats.
Rant over..................and relax
Day 42, Jade's life is ebbing away but jack has to do the shopping task, yesterday Jack won 4 bottles of oxygen for Jade but didn't manage to pass the 5th task which would have won Jade a fresh catheter bag.............
She did.
Fear not. The public are fickle and the spectre of celebrity is transient - in 2 years time, no one will remember who Jade Goody was.
I'm sure if the TV company she is signed to can get the regulatory authorities to agree to it she will have her death filmed and screened.
People can think what they like of this woman (I've never really taken much notice of her or any of the programmes she's been in) but her being so open has brought this indescribably awful disease onto the front pages of many newspapers on an almost daily basis - and I understand the amount of women requesting cancer screenings has risen.
If it is screened I may watch it - cringing as I peep through the gaps in my fingers.
Nor would I watch, nor want to watch, it happening to anyone else.
I chose to go out of the room when my own Mother died, I certainly wouldn't want to see anyone else die.
I think April 1st sounds good
