Panasonic TZ1 - which mode is best for...

I have the TZ1 and i love it to pieces, wouldnt change it for anything!

I go to a lot of music gigs in "intimate venues" - size perhaps 500 people - and like to take a lot of pictures.

i use the high sensitivity mode and dont use the flash as i dont like to disturb other people around me, but the pictures can turn out poor due to the lighting of the venue ( well am blaming the lighting anyway, as some venues are worse than others!)

I just wondered if this was the best mode setting to be using in these situations, or should i be using another?

All thoughts and comments would be really appreciated.

Many thanks

Heather

I've got a TZ5, and I struggle to get concert photo's that I'm happy with too.
I usually have it set on Normal, and pick some settings myself. Anything over ISO400 is no good, as the pictures start getting "noisy", or "grainy". How to get it to use a quick shutter speed, I'm not sure.

Any experts out there who can help?
