Mel Brooks often does so in his films like 'Blazzin Saddles' and 'Robin Hood: Men In Tights'.
Also 'The Simpsons Movie' when Homer is in the cinema at the start and talks to the audience and another random one I just thought of is in 'Jumanji' when the little boy is asked to fetch the axe from the shed, picks the axe up to break the lock on the shed then realises - turns to the audience and shrugs.
Friday - when Ice Cube's character opens the freezer and an "ice cube" falls out onto the floor. He picks it up, looks directly at the camera, smiles and the scene continues.
Can't believe this is on the list, but yes, Ray Liotta talks directly the camera in the penultimate scene (the courtroom).
I suppose technically it's a breach of the 4th wall, but I'd dispute it on the grounds that the film is revolving around Ray Liotta's narrative to the watcher anyway - it fits in with it quite well.
For me, a true breach is when it's totally random and isn't in the context of the whole film & story..
Although I can't think of a particular moment when it happens, I'd bet my left arm that the 4th wall is broken at some point during Hot Shots! Part Deux.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine. When Deadpool looks at the camera in the post credits scene.
All I want to say is when they make the Deadpool movie they'd better smash the fourth wall, I want Deadpool in the cinema throwing popcorn at the screen.

Ferris Bueller's Big Day Off also scores highly in asides to the audience.

Spaceballs, when Lord Helmet is watching a VHS of the movie "Spaceballs" to find the location of Princess Vespa.

The reason I always remember this particular moment is because I got in to trouble with my mum for repeating that very same line.
You see, films do affect small children. Ban them all!
That was a case of the 4th wall breaking in on the movie!
It happens at the end of the film too and you hear the cameramen talking.
