Five errors I noticed in Flesh and Stone

I notived four mistakes in FAS which i don't think anyne has touched apon.
1, Treeborg is an incorrect term. Org, in Cyborg stands for organism. Cyb stands for cybernetic so it should really be a Cybtree.
2, The cracks in time can't be in the finale as Rver doesn't recognise them and she says she already experienced the opening of the Pandorica.
3, If he drained all the power to open the door, why didn't the gravity switch off?
4, If the weeping angels never existed then Father octavian would never have had a reason to take River Song out of jail.
5, When the gravity changes, did Father Octavian fall into the Crack too? He was outside and dead so theres nothing stopping him. If thats so, then River Song would not have been released from jail and they would imprison her more for escaping.
Anyone else notice these errors? Or am i just to picky?

If the cracks are caused by the Pandorica, they don't need to be in the finale as long as it's referenced to be the cause.
Def too picky:p
Also River Song is a time traveler and it was explained in the episode how this makes a difference in terms of timelines.
1, that's just what the Doctor called. They may well have been called cybtrees.
2, How is that a mistake? Yes River doesn't know about the cracks, so she hasn't seen them before. The Pandorica may well have opened for her but the Doctor has yet to reach that point in time.
1. Yes, treeborg is an incorrect term, just like everyone who hoovers up with a Dyson says they're doing the hoovering, not the Dysoning.... it's just what people say..
2. What CD93 said.
3. The Doctor drained the power to "this section", not the whole ship, and gravity to the ship is maintained centrally..
4. The Weeping Angels do still exist. The one in isolation in the hold was never released.
5. If Father Octavian was already dead when he fell into the crack there would be no life force energy to be absorbed and therefore no actions taken upon his past life.
Plausible enough for you ? :D
D
The one in isolation was the one that ended up being Angel Bob. Which we know was erased from history, and so would never have been in the hold.
So time must have reflowed around that by making there be another reason why the Byzantium crashed.
But, yes, even if it was River Song who identifed that there has been a Weeping Angel aboard the ship and they decided they should check it out, she's going to have a hard time persuading them now...
I've noticed one extra mistake there above: it should be noticed and upon! (and in doing that, I've created another mistake; pointing out spelling mistakes online...)
Anyway, for the real ones...
1) Yeah, I go with the hoovering explanation - it's not hoovering if you're not using a hoover. Treeborg is a fantastic name. Cybree... Well, it sounds like a female pleasure device. "Darling, please dial up the cybree to setting four..."
2) I'll go with the Star Trek TNG All Good Things explanation, and say that it's at that point that the cracks START - so as they go back in time, people encounter them for the FIRST time. Oh god, I hate paradox. Speaking of a pair-of-docs - jacket
3) Just that section.
4) *Those* Weeping Angels have never existed. There must be some others elsewhere in the universe. But the soldiers\clergy are probably wondering why they even took River out of custody now "Well, there was nothing here..."
5) Amy's Crack (chortle) doesn't make people forget 'reasoning' - it's just what goes in doesn't exist. So someone else would have been assigned to take her out there.
Well, that's my view, anyway!
"I closed the door, the door is closed" is only true if I continually verify that door is in fact closed
:D:D:D
that's practically heresy around here you know:eek:
Can we use that as the subheading to this board?
You don't even know that half of these things are erros as such. But yes, getting laid at this stage is probably good advice
As for treeborg, thats not "wrong" thats just what the writer chose to call it, its the name of an invention in afictional show, it ca't be "wrong".
This thread is very silly.
Ooh, is there a paper hat and a motto too?
Ouch.:D
What? Too picky?
Ditto
I thought the same!
What next, an invasion by the Caramacs
If you're going to be pedantic, I'm going to be pedantic about your pedantry
Personally, I prefer to think I don't know as much about altering time as the Doctor and just let it go. It's better than hating the episode for having existed when it shouldn't have.
