I think it is a sensible move for them if they want to have a chance of governing in Scotland, and with the election next year it is exactly the right time as well.

Having said that I agree with the idea.
"The McTories"?
LOL does that come with chips?
I think Mc refers more to the Irish side of things, I thought it would have to be MacTories?
It also includes a low life expectancy and free university teaching. Let's face it you'll die so young they'll never get their money back anyway..
I love living here..
And deep fried Mars Bars of course...
You're right. I just couldn't be anus-ed to type that pesky little 'a'... well, it is the weekend you know!
You think you've got it bad! I live in Wales!!!:D
Only kidding fellow Wales-dwellers. We do have lovely scenery... and... er... yep... er..
I think deep fried frozen pizzas are more of a culinary challenge ...
Excellent!
Mmm... I love deep fried stuff... I think I'll move to Scotland...

Surprised they havent put the Scottish tories on the endangered species list & put the MP in a zoo with all the other creatures that are under threat of extinction.
So do I, and i'm English but there's nowhere else i'd rather be. I love Pembrokeshire!:)
That is true but the SNP government is left of centre. Recently Scotland has always voted for Labour or SNP - both left of centre parties.
Why do the Scots no longer vote Tory? - and they used to - easy - Margaret Thatcher.
I had English parents but was born in Wales. I define myself (if I'm ever asked...) as an Englishman from Wales.... or just plain British!
