I been watching the James Bond: Licence to Kill, this actor (Benicio Del Toro) has aged badly

The guy that played Brandon Walsh in 90210 didn't look great when he was interviewed backstage for something - although Luke Perry on the other hand, still looked fab.
Can't see 2nd image but I have to disagree, Benicio is as sexy as hell now. Those lips....:o

Mickey Rourke was my first thought, but then that has less to do with naturally ageing and slightly more to do with the surgeon's knife!
Leonardo DiCaprio is still rather handsome, and now he's big and strong and muscular compared with when he was cute and small when he was younger. It's odd to think that his voice didn't break until he was 18.
You sure that's the right way eound images I've seen of the original cast Brandons still attractive but Luke Perry looks really old.

I don't think Britt has aged badly. Her lips don't look good, but that's about it. Loni is the same.
Mickey Rouke had a lot of boxing injuries. It isn't really the surgery that made him look like that, as it was reconstructive more than cosmetic.
I don't think Leo has aged very well to be honest. He used to be a pretty boy and now he's not very pretty at all. He doesn't look bad, but pretty boys often don't age well.
