For me it has to be walking in the Air!.. Loved the animation but always pressed fast forward when it came to the singing bit!

    Cliff's cynical religious rubbish.

I hate when people bring religion into this time of year. It spoils it.

Mariah Carey's All I Want For Christmas Is You and Slade's and Wizzard's offerings. Terrible songs.

    'Band Aid', all versions........:o
I know it's for a good cause but it suffers from obviously having been written so quickly.:(

My top 3 most hated Christmas songs are:

    1. Merry Christmas Everybody - Slade
    2. I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day - Wizzard
    3. Do They Know It's Christmas - (all versions)

I'm absolutely sick to death of hearing these songs.

Forgot to mention the second version of Do They Know It's Christmas (was that the Band Aid II one?) The original is really the best version imo (even though it's overplayed).

The third version is even worse. It's absolutely awful.

However, I can't stand Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas".

Geraldine, Once upon a christmas song.

Although catchy, Peter Kay prancing round as a woman doesn't do it for me.

I don't mind any of them. I like to hear them sometimes.

The worst though, "Do They Know It's Christmas?" for me.

The words don't relate to me ( and I know they are not meant to) but I just don't like the song.

John Lennon's "Happy Christmas (War Is Over)". Why does a celebratory song have to be so dreary?! Sometimes I get down around Christmas and hearing this song a lot just makes things worse!

That's the point of the song; contrasting with Kirsty Macoll's vocals.

I like most Christmas songs, but I'm rather bored of Slade which I think is just a repetitive drone and very dated.
