if their website clearly says the person with the lowest votes goes then ITV have clearly misled the public because people voted under false information. I am livid with Dannii
It's close enough to an Ofcom matter : if people were voting to keep an act out of last place and there was no mention whatsoever of a sing off on the show or the website,we could be looking at an issue of fraud.
I can actually see the matter of fraud arising here : people being duped.I voted for Mary several times to keep her out of last place and see her make the final.
Actually if they said that it would be solely down to phone votes as to who went through and then at the last moment changed it to the judges decision, that is fraud and given the huge amounts of money generated by the phone calls, it should be the SFO you call instead of OFCOM. Fraud is a false pretence designed to elicit gain.

My favourite left last week but even I'm shocked about tonight's show.

I'm' livid
I didn't vote, but I'm complaining.
This show is a big fix.
Fair enough.
But first you need to obtain proof that Cher had the least votes. Otherwise the person with the least votes DID leave the competition.

All will be revealed in seven to eight days time.Hugely problematic for the show that they made absolutely no mention of a sing off until 8.35pm.
Where did I swear exactly? Typical crying wolf just like this thread
Best wait until this time next Sunday then when the votes will be published.
By the time any investigation starts that would be known.
Man U fans who live nowhere near Manchester?
