    Christmas does not justify buffonery.

What excuses yours? Were you too busy being a professional to spell properly again?

Because it opened as we all were waiting. Really not that difficult to ascertain from my posts:)

I don't make assumptions. I go by what you wrote, not what you (ahem) claim you meant to write after the fact.

Let's face it, you've overplayed your hand. Give it up and retire with dignity.

Oh dear lady, had you experienced what I did, you would be on here complaining about the very same thing!

Canary wharf isnt special. However, given its location I expected that the Tesco there would have a higher standard of staff than normal.
Canary Wharf is special....especially ugly. A grey place full of grey people doing grey jobs. Hate the place. Tossers who think they're something special too, even though all the majority of them do is push paper.
And as for point two- their staff should give a shit about all their customers. They are, quite literally, paid to serve.
As are bankers, look how disrespectful they turned out.

Thankfully I do not work in Canary Wharf.

You seem to know a lot about the area. Where do you work?

Interesting. Please talk me through what happened. What colour of top did the person have on when re-opening the store (bonus points if you can describe them)

Soho. Not sure if we have a Tesco Metro, but we do have a Mark's.

We'll both see when the CCTV evidence is played back. Who's feeling so confident now?

Soho is the playground for all of London's types, so that's not surprising. During the day though we also get a lot of work done.

I expect most bars are busy during the day :)

"I left my heart in San Francisco". It's an expression indicating emotional solidarity, as is "I was inside that Tesco".

Still, I'd like to see the CCTV of your traumatic experience.

Don't forget to put the reply to your letter to Tesco up on flickr.

LOL. Very good, but very very wrong :D

Although even the bars in Soho are much better than those sterile identipubs they have just north of Heron Quays.

Yup disrespectful. Long cues outside the shop and staff making it clear they would rather lark about than get back in the shop and get the job done. Not exactly the kind of standard I expect from a shop in Canary Wharf

Bit confused - how is snooker involved?

Not quite the standard of English I expect from a city professional.

Rather petty dig I know, but very hard to resist given the general tone of your posts, OP.
