I was sweet sixteen back then, had just left school when that song came out.

    Brings back a few memories!

No one seems to have gone for Joey Beltram's Energy Flash I notice, often held up as a rave classic.

I am loving this thread, what a load of classic "choons"!!! I am gonna risk sounding old but they dont make music like that nowdays!

You're quite correct - we don't currently have a plethora of dance tracks getting into our Top 40 that can compare to Bizarre Inc's "Playing with knives" or Liquid's "Sweet Harmony" - 88-93 was a golden period  :)

If you mean Saturday Night Sunday Morning by T-Empo. It's from the 90s. Got it on my Energy Rush - Dance Hits 94 compilation ("42 large dance tracks") :D

Whigfield sung this one, early 90's.

Not really old skool dance though, more europop. :)

Who did the one that went "I like to move it,move it........" which I assume was called 'Move It' :)? My Nan was mesmerised at how bad it was. She hadn't watched TOTP for about 30 years and thought there was something wrong with the tv as he kept singing the same line over & over.

Whoever said the Sneaker Pimps were dance. They're 'trip-hop' :D I didn't like them after Becoming X. it wasn't the same without Kelli. She has the 3rd most sexiest female vocal behind Karen of YYYs and Verity Susman of Electrelane.

    Hi guys,

Need your help. Do you know the title of a dance song that goes "Dance if you cannot Dance, Dance if you cannot, Dance if you can-not, Dance if you cann't dance" "The time has come for me to move that body... etc.."

I thought it was called Dance if you cannot dance but it's not. At the clubs when they do there old school remix this song usually follows Mr. Vain. What's it called guys? Thanks

Yeah, Phuture were cool. I trust you're joking about the 'dutch band'! Whatever happened to the Psychik Warriors anyway.

i would just like to make sure that the MK's dub of doom of 'push the feeling' by nightcrawlers gets a mention in this thread. an amazing remix indeed.
