    Last night we had bacon, sausage & mash.

    Tonight we will have Roast lamb, mint sauce, new potatoes & green beans.

    We bought an extra turkey crown for Christmas but never used it. So i've defrosted it and shall roast it and have stuffing balls, cabbage, swede n carrot mash, roast spuds and gravy.

    Chicken, Turkey, Lamb....Lovely roast dinners happening today! :)

    Kimindex, you're getting off easy today. I hope you have a nice Chinese. I haven't had Chinese in ages.

    I'm going to be making spinach and mushroom salad with honey bacon dressing. (It seems to be the salad of the month here, but if I am getting him to eat spinach, that's a plus!) I'm also cooking seared duck breasts with a berry red wine sauce, dauphinoise potatoes and steamed green beans.

    I'm not making a dessert, but I am making donuts this morning, so he can just have one of those. :D

    Yep (except I have to work for it! But, that doesn't matter).

    That meal sounds very luxurious and wonderful!

    Baking today so will be having cheese & onion pasties for tea and a couple of sausage rolls for supper.

    Tonight is haddock but not sure what to have with it yet or how to cook it!

    Finishing yesterdays Sunday roast chicken. We'll have it with the leftover veg made into bubble n' squeek, and some HP sauce !

    Last night i had beans and scrambled eggs on toast as my hubby was late home from work.

    Last night we had garlic roast chicken, roast pots, carrots, parsnips and cauli (i had mashed swede too!) - cat still going crazy this morning over the smell!

    Tonight will be beef stew i put in the slow cooker this morning, really looking forward to it!
