Is that really him?:D He's really good in the Youtube clip I've seen. I think it's going to be a good show, I'm looking forward to it. Something different, at least!

Ha, this is like a cross between Clerks and the Office. I'm really enjoying it. I wasn't sure how comedy would work in subtitles, but it's enjoyable.

It does have a touch of Nightingales about it as the guy suggested earlier.

I vaguely remember Nightingales. Weren't they security guards? I think Robert Lindsay and David Threlfall were in it, weren't they? I don't think I liked it at the time, but I must've been young(ish) then:)

Really enjoying this. But I enjoy all foriegn language programmes ( the challenge of learning it at the same time)

    But these guys are hilarious.

I have worked for jobsworths like that in many uk corporations ...its so close to reality its almost reassuringly documentary .....:D

Customer care the priority but only if its by the corporate book....no improvising or personal interpretation or heaven forbid common sense.....

its like a window into minimum wage britain ...;)

Loving it so far! Hope you enjoy it tomorrow. It def is quirky - the manager of the petrol station reminds me of Basil Fawlty!
I thought it might be slapstick humour but it's actually really good.:)

Sounds very promising! Nobody on here has said it's rubbish yet! I'll take a gander at it tomorrow and I may be back on here with my impressions:) Bye allie4, past my bedtime:(

I absolutely loved this. So many scenes made me genuinely LOL. I nearly choked on my coffee when the 'shoplifter' turned out to be his son :D The staged robbery was hilarious, when he sprayed the fluid into his eyes, classic!
    So many great lines too!
    "Were you sleeping, you creep?"
"There are many things in here that a diseased mind would covet"
    "Where's the runt?"
When he burst in on the woman in the toilet - "err... good evening!" :D

    Brilliant! :D

Damn - this sounds funny and I don't have time to watch it as there are quite a few episodes. BBC4 is putting so much good stuff on at the moment that I can't keep up along with the TV I usually watch! Have just caught up with Jar City as part of the Iceland season and also want to catch The Viking Sagas tonight.

And just as soon as I've said that....I decided I had to check it out. :p Only seen the first ep so far but I like it.

"PERSONNEL ON THE FORECOURT"! - That Georg guy gives David Brent a run for his money - he even reads sayings from ancient philosophers. :D

    They're considering doing a US remake: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N%C3%A6turvaktin

Actually, he reminded me more of Arthur Lowe in Dad's Army.

Typical! They can never take anything at face value, can they?

Gave this 15 minutes but couldn’t warm to it. Clerks without the jokes.

BBC4 not doing themselves any favours with the scheduling - 6 eps in three days this week with no repeats and then presumably the same next week. Hmmmm.....
