Why on earth would the build-up include the support acts?
Last year they just had the 'Radio 1's Big Weekend' show for hours on the day with the acts from that day and backstage interviews and so on.
This year they've split it up into each act with their own hour (?) show. And I guess nobody from today will be shown on TV then.
