That looks lovely! It's a bugger when it looks great through the camera and then you see the photo and a few bits look out of place isn't it? Food photography is notoriously hard, i'm trying to get to grips with it at the moment!:)
I think I took that with my iphone2, so not the greatest of pics. I do like to take pics of food (sad, I know!) so I think I am going to like this thread!
I haven't cooked anything in ages though...but next time I do, I will post it on here!
Sorry, haven't got anything recent, and I have posted this somewhere on DS before, but here is a dinner I made last year - roast beef with sauteed baby new potatoes, peas and peppercorn sauce. It was very yummy:
I geeked-out for the Royal wedding and made champaign jelly and egg and cress sandwiches. I even made my own mayo, which was a first for me, but I'll spare you those pictures!

We all make typos from time to time
Great picture btw.
I am not going to post any at this moment, because it is too much palaver to take, upload, resize, upload to tinypic and so on. You can always take a look at my blog, there are a couple of food pictures.

Hehe. I'm just a dunce. Champaign is a city in Illinois.
Off to look at your blog!
edit: Very nice! You look like you're living the good life, and you are a woman after my heart with the tarragon in the chicken pie.
Yummy. But you have to totally 'menu-ise' your dishes, so the salmon one could be something like this:
'River Tay hand-caught salmon tossed in an al-dente Torino tagliatele and creme de vin blanc, garnished with vine-ripened, balsamic-glazed baby plum tomatoes'

Ok, if you give me a bite of your burger!

Not last night's dinner - something a bit old (and someone told me they thought it looked horrible when I posted it before )
To be fair it does look a bit greasy actually (lots of olive oil on the salad!)

YUM! God, as a WeightWatcher my visits to the Food & Drink forum are becoming ever more frequent...but that does look absolutely delish.
I really like this thread. Keep 'em coming people!

Many, many thanks. OH had new potatoes as well but I struggled a bit with what I had on the plate!
