After all she is too busy arranging for 'impromptu' photos to be taken of her
'A Rotten Party and How To Plan It - Not by Pippa Middleton'.
I mean how can they refuse on the grounds they've just let someone who nobody had even heard of 6 months ago now write a book for them?
Ask the Daily Fail!
They're running that gig alongside the omnipresent Kardashians and Kelly Brook daily diaries.
I've no time at all for Pippa Middleton. She looked good in a bridesmaids dress and her sister married into the Royal family. I don't understand the press attention.
She seems to have been organising parties for many years (before she became famous through the wedding). I suspect she earns a lot more doing that I earn.
Never sure about publishers, they give out advances to get books like the autobiographies of Blair and Brown that are remaindered almost as soon as they appear on the shelves.
The book could sell well quite well but there might be more money in the serialisation rights to newspapers here and around the world.
Gordon Bennett.
Jealous of what? A woman who has done absolutely nothing of merit except display a pert arse in a bridesmaid's dress; a complete freeloader whose sole media presence is based on the fact that her sister has married into the Royal family. Yep, jellus beyond belief here.
According to a recent story, Kerry Katona, who can't string two words together, gets £400,000 p/a for the column she 'writes' in OK! Mag.
By comparison, above sounds reasonable.
She has a long way to go before she can be the next diana (alive version) but have a feeling she is takeing the right advice and the right road too. Just keep away from all those palace hangers -on and we know who you are .
thats the guys that get awards for doing sod all for this country . but are very good at it..ie spongers united (do they play footie)
Still, at least I've not been totally sucked in.
The Mail has a habit of making up quotes, could this be another example?
Except Amanda Knox was released, so the above was all fantasy.
Is Katie Nicholls being mentored by Nick Pisa, did sherandomly think of a number and create a door round it?
She cannot be blamed for the tabloid coverage of her life and names given to her by the tabloids. She has worked for the family business and seems to have her own business now. Some might not approve of her work and prefer that she was a brain surgeon or something similar but she does not seem to a drain on the public purse through benefits.
She could easily have exploited her fame at the wedding by marketing the dress, exercise DVD, diets etc but I don't think she has publicly commented on it.
If it was any other family they would be being praised for being so successful at business.
Instead she's 'writing' a book on the back of it;)
She never asked for this publicity and they are a very private family, why do you think we havent heard a peep out her sister since April
Really? for stringing 3 sentences together over the phone to someone at OK for them to put a lot of dross together? I am stunned
Cazzz, it was reported in that DM story about her clearing her bankruptcy debts. And I also saw it mentioned somewhere else prior to her doing CBB.
I'd like to think it's a misprint, that they meant £400.00... although that's still a gross overpayment.
ok, who wants to start a seleb online magazine? we make it all up, get a few low rent selebs to do a few stories (capped at £40 per story, they will love the publicity:D )
post your CV;)
Yeah, she's (Pippa) been gracing the cover of posh rag, Tatler instead. No doubt for a commesurate fee, of course.
She was doing party organising (or whatever) well before the wedding so a book is a natural progression.
It seems she can't win, if she does nothing she is criticised but when she does something is also criticised.
It seems to be quite common for celebrities of all types to get very large sums for columns in all the papers including the ones that spent half their time accusing the BBC of paying too much!
That sounds like jealousy to me. Someone makes a lot of money for writing a book after building up a business and you whinge.
However, she does have one of the nicest arses ever seen.
