I've been mistaken for a bloke before once, on another forum I even had a post quoted about giving birth and was still refered to as "he". I'm not sure if that's a reflection on me or on the standard of biology lessons nowadays
Ekkkkkkkk.......!!!!:eek::eek:
I got accused of having a "todger" last week on a thread about undies - I pointed out that "true" Scotsmen don't wear any and the accusation followed. I am still traumatised!
That always intrigues me a bit - which forum members on here are actually quietly stunning
In my experience, very rarely do people you only communicate with in writing or over the phone, look like you imagine them.
If we knew the people we talk with here in real life, I'd bet our "relationship" with them would be entirely altered in some cases. Not only would they look different to our pre-conceived notions, but they'd no doubt act very differently to how they relate in cyberspace.
It used to for a bit, but there was a bit of a fuss kicked up about it when it was made compulsory due to the posters suffering from gender problems. Now that we have the "unspecified" option they could always change it back I suppose.
Now I don't want to sound attention seeking but I never ever get mentioned in these types of threads even though I am a long standing member of DS.....I have resigned myself to the fact that I am just not popular on here.:D
I feel the same. Since 2007 I've been using the advice and GD forums and hardly ever get mentioned. I'm not sure whether or not that's a good thing, but I'm curious to know what other people think I look like, as my forum name gives nothing away...
Hogzilla once said she looked like Victoria Wood, so that's who I see in my head.
CrazyChris looked exactly like I thought he would in real life.
.Lauren. I'm pretty sure is blonde and has a fringe.
Betheeny is tiny, anxious and has dark hair and eyes.
The Vixen will look surprisingly young for her age, be a smart dresser and will strike fear into the hearts of those who see her coming, because she takes no prisoners...
I'd love to see what Goonst looks like. I have an idea she wears those big studded goth boots and a long black coat. And she's a redhead too, I think.
Weird reading this thread, as I imagined everyone to be massive, packed tightly into a wheelchair at the computer, wearing a fleece with a wolf picture incorporated and with long grey hair that has seen fresher times. The only visitor is the district nurse, to change your dressings!

That explains a lot.

I'll start thinking about the guys now.
Lol so you do have a sense of humour after all:p
Edgy = the one at the front hasn't even got helmet on....
I have all the componant parts for being stunning, whilst spectacularly failing to achieve it! :D
Not far off as it happens.:D:D

Based on your username alone I see you like this.
As Meatloaf once said.. '2 out of 3 ain't bad'
