Look, if some div is after getting his rocks off with you, he will do regardless of whatever you are dressed in. The way you are dressed doesn't always factor.
Dont think it's the dress..it's the platforms they wear with it..:p
Hahaha not bad for a pun!
Seriously though, this must be some strange feminine thing which I'm clearly oblivious to as I really have no idea why dresses and train stations are an isssue....
Yes, almost exclusively. Definitely on every night out. I'm no more scared in dresses and skirts than I am in jeans, except on windy days or if I'm getting the underground, but all I'm scared of then is accidentally flashing the general public. Bad times.

I just think they used the station platform as an example.
As for not wearing a dress Ive not a clue..insecure maybe
I only tend to wear one on Thurs evenings, when the wife is out.
Annieca do you seriously think the world is more dangerous now? More dangerous than, say, medieval times?
Have you considered that there is more media and coverage now? A couple of hundred years ago you wouldn't have known if there was a serial rapist a couple of villages away.
And what makes you think all sexual predators hang about railway stations?
Ah, trainspotters! Now I get the link!

I think you would look lovely in a little pink number
Pink isn't my colour. I do have the legs for a LBD though!
But why wouldn't girls wear dresses? I've seen plenty enough of them on nights out or during the summer. Why would they not?
Because there scared of being attacked on a railway station platform...apparently
Sounds Intriguing! Enlighten us!
Are railway workers know for being some sort of dress fetishists? Maybe they can't help themselves in the presence of a designer label dress...?

Weird. I've never known a girl have this particular issue before. Some didnt do dresses but thats because they preferred trousers...

I have a suspicion that if someone is going to attack someone else, how they dress is probably a minor variable in the calculation to do so.
Still not sure about how trains factor into it
