I love reading the baby of the year contest in my local paper to see the terrible names. My all-time favourites were Jack Daniels and Tia Maria....dead classy.

Some bird was in the paper that had called her son Dk'ny.

    Here she is:
GEMMA BURDETT is a full-time single mum from Plymouth. She has three kids — daughters Joop, 16, and D'Kny, four, and one son, Taivan, seven.

She was on This Morning, the daughter Joop (who said she was called after a bottle of perfume) said she was embarrassed about her mum, she dressed in tight animal print dresses and had long black hair extensions from what I remember

I used to play with a kid called Theo. I don't remember if he was nice or not though but I got on ok with him. I was only about 5. I don't know what he's doing now.

Sometimes the spoken name can be quite ordinary yet the chosen spelling invoke severe toe-curling , eg: "Leesa":D
