I've signed up for the trial.
But i may not be selected.
Have Sky enforced a strict no details nor pics policy.
If so fair enough.
If not my REQUEST, not demand, for info is valid.
Either don't post and tease or divulge some info & screenshot or video.
Some consistency please.
Regards to all
Dan.
With all due respect, I value my job far more than my desire to satisfy your curiosity. I have posted many updates and info but there comes a point where I have to hold back from posting too much info. As James Payne has pointed out also, where we can we will, where we can't we won't. Sign up on the forum and you will soon get it yourself. I can appreciate your anxious to get more info but don't have a pop at those who do post inside information if it doesn't match what you want to hear.
Personally I'd like to see some sort of "Deleted Section" in the Planner area, whereby it stores the last 5% of programmes that have been deleted, which could be deleted permenantly and individually.
I'd also love to see some sort of closing Sky Movies Box Office for Anytime+ subscribers, replacing it with Sky Store. This would be done on both the Top Menu (by giving it it's own section) and by removing it from the Anytime+ area.
If anyone has any thoughts on this, I would be happy to hear them.

Can anyone tell me why screen shots are not possible. I take it Sky have made them sign something.
Because they work for Sky and their jobs are more important than pleasing people on an Internet forum, many of whom are actually quite rude about how they ask for further info.

well Sky dont exactly help themselves do they?
the old style EPG my box was a joy to use, now since the current one, im waiting about 5-6 seconds just to change channel.
They have a history of screwing up, so i cant really hold much hope.
The old style EPG has been showing its age for a long time. It may "do the job" but for a company who are supposed to be at the forefront of TV in this country, it's horrendous!

i agree, but it makes older it boxes (it seams) almost unusable and seriously annoying! and it doesnt help that there not allowing Pace or Samsung customers to test it out, which tbh says alot!

the oldest box (the thomson) is no longer supported anyway, and is being actively removed.
Perhaps the main reason images aren't posted is because nothing exciting has changed...
Let's face it, all their EPG attempts have been dire thus far so aim low and you at least might get a pleasant surprise
Considering sky like to come across as a trend setter/innovator, I'm surprised they haven't approached companies like apple to give them some alternate approaches to the tired clunky GUI that is the current EPG.
as ive said before, sky make sky employees sign a non disclosure,so you wont see any pics of the new epg until its released to public,so stop complaining

I have signed up but as far as I am concerned I can easily wait until after April 11th when I will no doubt find out like many others will at the same time. The Sky epg is not that important in my life.

Yes I do.
Post some pics then.:)
if you had actually bothered to read the thread, you will see why that isn't currently possible.

Agreed. Like TiVo's "undelete" function.

I did read it, I cant see anyone saying why screen shots can be posted, I can see people guessing.
Didn't read very hard, did you? This post is actually on this page.
The last one made my Pace box sluggish as hell, i hate to think what this will do to it!
oh no, another person righting off an update before any of the public has seen it !

there is clearly something wrong with your box then.
