I don't get it
Its not actually difficult. Each member is assigned a number in the order they joined.
That person is number 1000 something. Look at the link you posted the address contains the number.

EDIT : I think I've found him/her; I just changed the number to 1 but I don't think it existed, so changed it to number 2 and came up with this:

Could be any number of things.
Some random ideas.
In the early days they reused profiles.
In the early days there was an manual activation requirement (admin approval) and number 6 was approved first, the date recorded was the activation date not the sign up date.
