According to Daily Star both ITV and Sky are fighting it out to sign One Direction to a Christmas Special with deals of £800,000 already on the table. It will be a concert with special guests and backstage footage from gigs. The lads only have a few weeks to decide who to go with.

I actually mentioned a few weeks ago that I thought they might do this, but then the Madison Square garden concert came up.
I would say go for ITV boys, would get more viewers.

Apparently the screaming for the boys at the Logies is absolutely deafening and the presenters can barely be heard on the red carpet.

i forgot to say it is in the People which I have tried to link online but nothing. Looks like it is from the Sunday times rich list and they are number 10 on the musicians under 30 list
"Up All Night" bombed in Germany when it was released here in February, only getting to #58 in the charts (its lowest position worldwide (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Up_All_Night_(One_Direction_album)#Charts_and_certifications)), so they're now having another go by releasing a "Germany edition" which includes the 3 b-sides, and a special deluxe edition which includes a concert DVD, next month.
It's ironic that Germany seems to be the only country they're having trouble breaking, since it used to be one of the biggest markets for boybands - I think N Sync (and possibly Backstreet Boys too?) basically started their career here.

I don't think they did amazing in Holland either. I don't know about Germany but I do know that Holland has it's own particular brand of music and K3 have the merchandise and tweeny pop market covered.

The boy's have hit the UK rich list of under aged 30. Number 10 at 10mill collectively (that's 2 mill each)
