There’s always suitcases around, it never seems to be worth the bother of putting them away.
Got to sort out the packing room. My daughter and I were going through looking for what she wanted to nick and everything got thrown on the bed. I’d forgotten about it until Mr G came down cursing me for leaving underbed storage drawers open for him to trip over in the dark. I’m just going to have to shove the half-sorted stuff back into the drawers.
 Why is he groping around in the dark? Tell him to put a bloody light on.
We are off to look at an "interesting Russian-style Church", followed by some more ruins...:p
Doubtless, there will be a large lunch somewhere......
We have rain forecast too...

I have all the Whatevers downloaded plus some of the original Likely Lads, although not many survived, plus the film and have watched them all over the last few weeks and very enjoyable I found them. Cant see Balders being Bob somehow so I agree he has to be Terry

It's worth a look Balders - the guy who presented it is a bit annoying but the content in one hour is excellent. I think they're doing all the decades since in the following weeks.
Morning all
It's another hot and sunny one here, decisions decisions.....Chinatown and a big gold Buddha or wakeboarding.....
Eldest wants to study so I suspect we may go for the wakeboarding option....the boys have been very patient so far being dragged about various touristy hotspots
Mum has a cold now, my fault, I understand, from keeping the house cooler than outside ?? anyhoo, there's lots of theatrical coughing and sniffing and much sighing and "oh, dear"-ing...I am rendered almost totally mute now as anything and everything I say finds fault , OH has gone off to work with a cheery smile! and a warning to me to keep smiling... there ya go, I'm smiling ....(unclenches jaw...):)
Right, time to go take a democratic vote on what we do today then make my own decision irrespective of aforesaid vote!
laters all xx
Good idea - you choose and let them argue about it!

At least you have the lunch to look forward to:cool:
Me too, and Bob was under Thelma's thumb:rolleyes:
Morning guys - cold and windy here, feels like November except that the sky is lighter.
More sorting and throwing out today, makes me feel so virtuous when I see the 'Out' bag filling up! Shall Freecycle some of the old computer related stuff, leads and wires that I have clue about. I have a whold shelf full of dictionaries, English, French, German, Spanish and some Psychology, Biology, Human Biology and English textbooks which I'll rehome upstairs if I can find a bookcase which isn't already groaning:rolleyes:
I found a box of French cassettes which I used when I was coaching for GCSE and A level - they must be donkey's years old, who has a cassette player now?

Forecast says rain every day this week, just great.:(
The Sun keeps peeping through the clouds though.
Of on the school run in a minute, then getting my tyres changed back to the original set, can't say summer ones.:o
Morning Hicky, well apparently you need rain down there.
Hope that refers to you and not me :D
Morning Hicky
Well just think the rain is good for the garden and then you might appreciate it more
ahhhhhhhhhh

note the onset of a flufferesque tuft James Bolam is Terry, Rodney Bewes is Bob.
I'm more naturally Terry at the pub and match but with a hint of sensible Bob:cool:
Morning Balders
That kitten is just too adorable.
Glad to hear its only a hint of Bob
Bob is too much of the 2.4 children, school run, career ladder, property rung type I can't stand
That could be Terry talking
