What's this with bringing the child on, ALex Higgins started this and now it's an annual event!:D
Yeah I really dont like it, they do the sdame thing in football - it spoils the enthusiasm of the celebrations as a watcher and the kids are completely oblivious to it all anyway.
I hope he apologised for the hand shake earlier tonight. Something along the lines of "Sorry Ronnie I don't know what I was thinking" would have been appropriate.
When they came to shake hands earlier this evening in what might have been the final session, Ali basically looked Ronnie in the eyes and wouldn't look away for a good 2 or 3 seconds as they shook hands. A proper no blinking icey stare. Ronnie looked rather perplexed to say the least. I think it was a desperate attempt by Ali to put Ronnie off... or something. It was very weird.
Yes...awful opponent...he only beat the rest of the best snooker players in the world to get to the final.
He is World Champion material up against a sheer genius at snooker with his head sorted out. The only way you can beat a genius is by trying to disrupt his flow and he tried but jsut didn;t take the pots he could have done.

Yep, he taught Ali Carter how to lose ungraciously.
Hearn's fault, and the stupid 'great shot' banners that probably rustle like mad.

I nearly watched BGT, I assumed it would be a late affair! Glad I didn't now
Oh for crying out loud! What was ungracious about how Ali reacted?
I'm moving over to BGT now as I've Sky + it!
Hmm what happened I must of missed this.
