Its not a matter of better or worse. Once a child is born, the child becomes the most important thing.
Well but it is, the woman holds more cards for longer, so ultimately the stupid consequences are more her fault than anything else. The child becoming a burden to the state..her fault.
It really annoys me how society is quick to blame single mothers for their predicament, but rarely condemn the men/boys who get them pregnant. It takes two to tango after all. I know some women go out of their way to get pregnant (not caring if the man's going to stick around afterwards) but many don't plan to. Or if they do plan to, it's because they believe their man will stick by them. But many of these so-called man-boys leave their women in the lurch. Clearly a bit of responsibility is too much for them to handle.
I think these absent fathers should be forced to cough up proportionately far more of their income towards the cost of their own offspring than many of them currently do. Even if they're on benefits, some of their benefit money should be automatically deducted to help towards the cost of raising their children. Perhaps if more of these boys (sorry men) got hit in the wallet a bit more, they might think twice about forgetting their condoms.
The unfertilised eggs of women in Scotland can sleep a bit safer tonight knowing that Mr Cumming is behind bars and presumably not ummmm cumming near them :P
17 kids. Doesn't sound like he's heard those immortal words "I have a headache dear, not tonight" too many times. His wife must be like an inflatable doll - ever ready.

First of all the first quote contradicts what he's saying. He doesn't care about the cost of his kids.
Furthermore, the mothers are on benefits, he's supposed to provide for his offspring, after all that's traditionally the man's role
People like this man should be sterilized

Ah, I stand corrected. It would appear he has heard those immortal words too many times - hence his philandering!
