Where is the BBC News feed rather than Democracy Live - I am in an open plan office so cannot hear anything.

Miliband sticks to the "judge-led" enquiry demand.

It seems redundant because the HoC will be debating and choosing tomorrow whether to go for the government's plan or his. And as the voting will be whipped the government should win.

What we need is a POLICE-led investigation. Not a bunch of lawyers talking to each other.

aka kick it into the long grass until after the next election.

Cameron looking prime ministerial, and doing a good job to not sound partisan.

    Time wasting.

    Asked and answered.

The Fraud Office is looking into this, so is the US Department of Justice. So I think that takes care of the criminal aspect.

Yes, won't let it go and it remains to be seen if he will take his bat and ball home if he doesn't get one.

Miliband is still using his questions on the judge-led enquiry and asks Cameron to to do a U-turn.

    Gets short shrift from Cameron.

Tomorrow's debate and vote will settle it.

The US DoJ don't mess around with this kind of thing. I wonder if they will seek Balls' extradition?

And it will be portrayed as Cameron's fault and he's covering up for his mates in the city. The truth of the matter is the opposite. By scuppering any inquiry he gets his party of the hook and the conservatives take the fall.

Cameron says that everyone can see what is happening.

Labour want to talk about anything EXCEPT their thirteen years in office.

Ed baby, there's a significant difference between light touch regulation and criminal activity.
