aside from his high notes,,, tim just doesn't do it for me. and that high note didn't fit. I didn't get any pent up emotion. That little rooster crown in the vt doesn't help either.
I do love the way Andrew listens to the lyrics and analyses them so deeply.
I must admit that because sometimes I cannot fathom out what the words to a song are I don't always listen to the words as in depth as he does.
Me neither I always find that aspect a bit pretentious, they're pop songs not Shakespeare but then when I saw Lee Mead singing Rolling Stones' Paint It Black I got it but still I do find the "inhabit the song" very
Missed the intros, so I don't know what the alleged point of Dawn French's is - I assume it's the Dibley Connection?
Her 'you don't look very Jesus-y' was dumb - Jesus did a lot of stern.
Rule 1 of talent shows - every panel needs a comedian or a comedy panto act or a comic presenting - or all three - Louis, Simon, Jason, Craig, Ant and Dec, Graham, Brucie. She's the obligatory comic angle.

Thanks for that reminder, wow that was good, ALW looked near to tears at one point when they were singing
