    Whoever does it - it's really bloody cringeworthy. So patronising and really does come across as them calling their followers "the little people".

    what happened to just being fans? even some of the people on the voice have already named their fans and they arent even famous yet. vince kidd has his kidds and becky hill has her rebels

    Artists aren't confident enough in their ability to sell music anymore..
    (and for alot of them, can you blame them?)

    They feel that they have to create an imaginary unhealthily-loyal group of sheep in order to guarantee sales.

    Keep calling them 'Monsters' or 'Aliens', keep telling them I love them, and they'll do almost anything I ask them to do.

    And... jumping on the bandwagon...
