If i remember correctly lisa was a welsh woman who said she could kill someone with her little finger or something. Probably the only vaguely memorable part of big brother 4!
I'll just assume he was a made-up housemate who everybody loved and campaigned for to win, even though he never got any airtime (probably due to being made-up).

He'd already been evicted by the time I started watching, I think his only storyline was one of unrequited fancying of one of the female housemates, can't remember who.

Claire was brought in to replace Nasty Nick when he was thrown out making her the first late entry into BB, and (more importantly) the first of many, many pairs of fake boobs.
She flirted with the eventual winner Craig (which cost her her boyfriend). When Darren was overheard nominating Mel, he changed his nomination to her. She and Craig worked this out and (according to her) wiped their bums on Darren's pillow.
She was later in a relationship with BB1's Tom for four years, even though they hadn't shown much interest in each other in the house.
He was the second evictee - the first man to leave BB. The girls in the house disliked him a lot. He'd starred in a porn film before BB and flirted a lot with Mel.

Lisa was another late entry. She was supposed to have been rated in the top 50 most beautiful women in Wales, which seemed frankly surprising (there were some quite cruel things said about her looking masculine - I think she may have had cosmetic surgery after the show?).
The HMs generally thought she was annoying and a bit nuts. She famously claimed she could kill someone with her two fingers. She lasted two weeks.
She re-applied the following year (!) and was automatically turned away.
